1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechZenithh's lead generation and digital marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TechZenithh provides lead generation and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Social media marketing and integration
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Custom marketing strategy development

3. Qualification Process

TechZenithh reserves the right to review and qualify all potential clients. Not all applications will be approved. Our qualification process considers factors including but not limited to business legitimacy, industry compliance, and alignment with our service capabilities.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are based on the selected plan (Basic $40/month, Standard $50/month, Premium $60/month) and are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of their account
• Ensuring their marketing materials comply with industry standards

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TechZenithh services are owned by TechZenithh and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their business data and marketing content.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechZenithh's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. TechZenithh may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or other violations. Upon termination, access to services will cease, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. Modifications

TechZenithh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
